Your pranayama is your life force. Your breath. Each inhalation is a reminder that the breath brings us back to the present moment. Take a moment, close your eyes, deep breath in….. exhale slowly….

Growing up in Boulder Colorado I’ve always felt connected to nature and the energy that you receive from it. The mountain air grounds me but also sparks a fire within. It is here where I fell in love with yoga. I took my first yoga class when I was 18 years old and shortly after that I was teaching. I was drawn to the physical and mental challenge, the spiritual connection and the yoga community.

I obtained my E-RYT 500hr Yoga Certification, Yoga Sculpt Certification, Pilates Certification Prenatal Yoga Certification. For over a decade I’ve been teaching in both Colorado and California. In studios, privately and virtually.
